Freeway’s Workshop Booking Portal aligns engineering and operations. Assets are booked into the workshop with a date, time and event (service or defect). Relevant asset owners and drivers are then notified of the event, and closer to the time will be reminded with a text or email. With a standard API integration to your transport management systems, operations are updated in real-time with which assets are unavailable for scheduling. For commercial workshops, customers can login online where they can book their vehicles into the workshop.
