Purchase Order Authorisation on the move
- Users may generate POs and auto-e-mail suppliers within their authority level.
- Authority levels set per user per store.
- POs exceeding authority are supported to the next user within an ‘authorisation chain’.
- E-mails within the authorisation chain contain links to click to ‘support’ (up the chain) ‘authorise’ (to supplier) or ‘decline’ (back to creator).
