Freeway offers comprehensive procurement management from purchase order and goods receipt to invoice match. Because parts are allocated directly to job cards, vehicles or cost centres within the workshop, Freeway offers various levels of authorisation to keep control of parts ordering. Each user can be assigned a financial limit with a hierarchy of authorisation being triggered for purchase orders. The software also integrates parts suppliers to simplify purchasing and with external accounts packages for onward processing. Because parts are tracked from the supplier through to the vehicle on which they are fitted, Freeway allows for component evaluation over time and complete parts warranty management.
